Tech Environment
Cloud based Manage Engine HelpDesk and Ticketing management Software,
MS based Applications (Azure)
Outlook & Office 365 Cloud hosting
Printers / Scanners / other Hardware (occasional)
Solid call rate with quality internal clients and (external) off site Users
Skills Needed
Excellent interpersonal skills
Well-developed communication skills
Strong attention to detail and understanding
Ability to Analyse complex Problems and Information
Solid or good understanding of Azure Enterprise Software Configuration
Skilled at working on or escalating multiple concurrent Project Tickets and tasks
Team-oriented
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Understanding and knowledge on how to create Documentation for Processes and Systems
Some knowledge of relevant Software and Operating Systems e.g. Office365 including MS SQL, MSProject and VISIO
Introductory Programming experience nice to have
Excellent time-management skills
Need 100% Communication Skills, friendly and fun personality
