Interface has one office in Cremorne, Melbourne, and focuses on the recruitment of Information Technology permanent and contract staff. 

Our service model encourages our recruitment agents to be involved in the “whole of recruitment life cycle”. Interface doesn’t rely on similar “resourcing” models as the larger recruitment companies do. We believe that the closer relationship we have to the client, the better understanding of the scope or changes in scope, of any role we are working on.



Interface aims to build a very strong relationship with our candidates, we find it easier to communicate any changes or misunderstandings in the role from either side during the recruitment process, slip or lag. We like to build a solid, open and honest partnership with the client / candidate which in turn help us to ensure fewer margins for cultural error, hence unsuitable candidate presentation.
