An opportunity for an experienced Level 1/2 Help and Service Desk Support is available to join and become a part of a team of 4 initial Contact Support and Resolution Professionals.
About the role
In this role will be responsible for providing remote (and sometimes on-site) Technical support to a large variety of clients. You will be a confident Team oriented person who has excellent documentation and high level verbal communication skills on top of your exceptional customer service.
