About the company

Our client specializes in Microsoft Solutions to IT and Internet based companies. They provide remote and on-site IT Management throughout Victoria. An opportunity for an experienced Level 1/2 Help and Service Desk Support is available to join and become a part of a team of 4 initial Contact Support and Resolution Professionals.

About the role

In this role will be responsible for providing remote (and sometimes on-site) Technical support to a large variety of clients. You will be a confident Team oriented person who has excellent documentation and high level verbal communication skills on top of your exceptional customer service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional Customer Service, face to face or over the phone
  • Providing remote support
  • Desktop support/management
  • Troubleshooting network connectivity issues
  • Completing system health checks and updates
  • Maintain and support documentation

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a Level 1 or 1/2 Help Desk role
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong problem solving/Analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Be a forward thinker and have a strong ability to prioritise issues and quickly resolve them
  • Active Directory & Exchange
  • Windows Server 08/12 SBS 08/11
  • Network Admin LAN/WAN
  • CompTIA  A+
  • Microsoft Office 10/13/16/365 Suite experience
  • Powershell
  • Mac experience preferred
  • Desirable–  Azure, ITIL Certification , Avaya experience
